Unlike Love Is Blind, Too Hot to Handle sadly has not been granted a reunion special (at least, not yet), so we can't know their relationship status for sure. It doesn't look like Harry ended up moving to Vancouver, as he is currently living in Los Angeles, according to his Instagram.
